hela Sverige We are currently looking for a highly skilled Business Unit Manager for our Power Unit! The team has passed the start-up phase and now consists of 10 employees that work with inhouse projects or as consultants at external customers. The Manager we are looking for should take the Unit to the next level! You will be fully responsible for the unit in terms of budget, sales, customers and the unit's personnel. The Business Unit Manager is responsible for planning and managing the unit and ensuring that the unit is meeting the goals that contribute to the overall success of the company.

Required education and know-how:
• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with management positions
• A minimum of 8 years of experience of working within the Power industry, preferably in railway, in different positions
• Proven ability to motivate teams to achieve high standards and accomplish set outcomes
• Experience in technical investigations, product development and tender processes
• Excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and in writing. Other languages are a plus
