Work Description
• Develop best practices and act as Lead for the business unit
• Maximise revenue generation by promoting and marketing work carried out as well as undertaking effectual regular liaison with existing and potential customers.
• To generate profitable new business and to exceed new business targets in line with business plans.
• To develop a sector leading service through optimisation of work planning and range of services offered.
• Facilitate change from use of existing suppliers to Eurofins departments.
• To develop and manage customers as well as ensure a planned approach to Customer Relationship Management in terms of: identifying and strengthening revenue, relationship building and ensuring customer retention.
Education
• Bachelor?s degree or equivalent;
• Current and valid driving licence
Experience
• Proven experience in working to and exceeding targets
• Strong operational experience, including coaching and project management skills
• General understanding of relevant quality and technical standards (e.g. Swedac / ISO 17025)
• Proven Lean and change management skills
• Track record of implementing and sustaining Lean.
• Relevant food industry experience, including analysis

• Executive level presence and influence
• Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills
• Adaptable and able to account manage a diverse customer base
• Enthusiasm, energy and a driven outlook
• Committed to customer care
• Excellent business and industry acumen
• Able to present complex information face to face
