KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage a business unit
• Set up plans and business priorities in agreement with the Country Manager
• Develop, expand and secure a portfolio of key accounts
• Provide technical support for an engineering team
• Oversee recruitment process of consultants
• Supervise your team and accompany them throughout their career progress
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
• Masters degree in engineering or management
• Management experience essential
• 5+ years sales experience in a field related to advance technologies
CHARACTERISTICS
• Business minded and entrepreneurial personality
• Leadership skills
• Ability to negotiate and close deals
