About the roleWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Transformation Manager to lead the integration of internal systems and processes across our organization. This pivotal role acts as the bridge between Research & Development (R&D) and the Business organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will identify integration opportunities, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of innovation and efficiency to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Systems integration and optimization
Analyze internal systems to identify integration opportunities that enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and optimize the use of tools and technologies.

Communication Management
Act as the main liaison between Business and R&D, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Translate business needs into actionable R&D requirements and vice versa.
Manage communication protocols to ensure timely updates on priorities and deliverables.

Project & Change Management
Lead cross-functional projects to improve internal processes, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Drive change management initiatives to integrate new practices and tools.
Monitor project impact and adjust strategies to meet objectives.

Strategic Collaboration
Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities through improved system integration.
Align R&D and Business teams on product development, go-to-market strategies, and customer success.
Identify and address bottlenecks, fostering collaboration across departments.

Reporting & Insights
Develop and maintain dashboards to track integration progress and impact.
Provide regular updates to leadership on key metrics and areas for improvement.


Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of internal systems and processes, with a proven record of successful integration and optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mediate, influence, and resolve conflicts.
Expertise in project management, proficient in tools like Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
Familiarity with product development cycles and sales processes is a plus.
