A Snapshot of Your Day
As Business transformation lead, you will have a critical role in leading and supporting change initiatives across the technical organisation. You will work closely with the Engineering and Data management teams and multi-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of critical initiatives. Your expertise in change management, communication and partner engagement will be crucial to achieving our strategic goals.
You will be a part of Order Engineering and Data management team and together develop strategic plans to obtain the overall strategic target for Service MGT and the technical organisation.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Develop and implement transformation strategies and plans to support the adoption of new strategic targets, technologies/tools, and processes.
* Monitor and evaluate the progress and efficiency of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
* Collaborate with Order Engineering and Data management team to develop strategic change management activities into action plans.
* Implement strategic plans together with collaborators and strategic partners and follow up the implementation and needed transformation.
* Provide support to managers and leaders to help them navigate and communicate organisational change effectively.
* Create and deliver effective communication plans to keep partners informed and engaged throughout the change process.
What You Bring
* Experience in change management, preferably in a multi-disciplinary organisation and solid understanding of organisational change methodologies and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage others at all levels.
* Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple task and priorities.
* Strong analytical and strategic skills with outstanding problem solving and decision making abilities.
* Proficiency in English language, and good Swedish language.
* Experience from Siemens Energy products, organisation and an established network within Siemens Energy is an advantage.
About the Team
The Order Engineering and Data management (OED) is a department within the Service Engineering organisation. Within OED department are we three offices; Digital Integration with software development and Data analytics; Maintainability Data with Data Management and Technical Parts management; Engineering Mods & Ups with Engineering and Order Execution, and we are in total 90 employees and 60 contractors.
We handle a wide range of task and projects in the organisation and develop new competence and capability to meet future demands, with future-ready skills that challenge status quo. We strive to support each other and build a strong technical knowledge within the organisation.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
