Are you a driven person with love for Retail? Then you might be the one we are looking for!The Body Shop is recruiting a B2B Operations Coordinator for the Swedish and Danish market.
THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
The role supports the B2B department with administration as well as planning for all B2B for The Body Shop in Sweden & Denmark. You will support wholesale to deliver the sales plans/strategies through efficient orders management, and the overall operational efforts required to fulfil the sales plans with wholesale partners, and general support to analytics required to drive sell-through and provide clarity on sales forecasts and performance.
GENERAL TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pre-season launch preparation to ensure all required details and files are updated in the order and registration process.
• Coordinate by managing schedules and communicating relevant information to ensure wholesale partners have the most up-to-date brand & product information, stock availability, shipping documents, and so on.
• Support with demand planning to forecast key launches, aligning quantities, etc.
• Responsible for sending Ad samples to photo-shoots within the requested time frame.
• Day-to-day orders management.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
• Regular audit of partner websites, and management of updates and changes.
• Processing service level reports for all orders with accuracy and in timeliness.
• Handle unforeseen shipping delays or issues.
• Prepare analytical performance and forecast reports to ensure optimal coordination with commercial and supply teams.
• Support to Prepare Sell- in tools
• Assortment management with an analytic approach to support amendment decisions , to ensure optimal coordination with commercial and supply teams
• Travel within Sweden and Denmark to support partners. Travel is included in the role (mandatory)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have/are:
• 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within wholesale operations and understanding of the Beauty retail industry would be a great advantage.
• Highly Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• Skilled in analytical report productions
• Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.
• A high level of organisational skill.
• Experienced in planning and managing multiple tasks.
• Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and follow through-
• Fluent in Swedish or Danish as well as high level of English (verbal & written)

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent contract, 100%, 40 hours/week with a 6 month probation period.
START DATE: 15th January 2022 or after mutual agreement
