www.sofigate.com To our Business Technology Solutions team, we are looking for Service Management architects and experts who like to pursue a career within business automation, working with the most innovative solutions on the market such as ServiceNow and other cloud based solutions. Within Business Technology Solutions we participate in diverse types of reviews and analyses with our customers in finding the next innovative solution that will support the customer to achieve better business results. We chart the current situation and business requirements and the need of modern technology solutions. Our work includes clear requirement specifications gathering involving both organizational, process and technology aspects. We always base our advice and implementations on proven best practices. We work agile with prototyping to show early effects and opportunities that the chosen services provide. Organizational change management is extremely important for a long-term and well-established solution.

You have been working in the field for at least three years, having an interest in Business Technology and what innovative solutions can do for organizations. Previous experience from cloud-based solutions is not required.
You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
