hela Sverige We are currently looking for a Business/Tech Analyst to join the Digital Finance & Purchasing team, where you will be working as a liaison among different stakeholders to understand the benefits and needs of Polestar's digital organization.

This position is located at our Lindholmen office in Gothenburg. We understand that work-life balance isn't easy, and of course, welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.
What you will do
As a Business/Tech Analyst you will be working towards supporting the controlling areas within the digital organization, as well as supporting your team, digital lead and digital project manager in global deliveries. The tasks range from business requirement gathering and analysis to customizing and deployment done by internal and external resources, using Anaplan and SAP S4 Hana applications. In the controlling area, you will drive the preparation and continuously improve the digital processes.
Further on, you will:
• Support controlling units within digital enablement for areas like Business, Commercial, Industrial, Financial and Functional, on a global level for all Polestar markets
• Be the bridge between business and development, by identifying and understanding business needs, defining, and preparing the delivery of digital solutions to meet those needs
• Support and enable collaboration across other Polestar functional teams and partners towards our goals
• Manage pre-studies within your financial area based on the Polestar application landscape
• Make sure that we follow the financial steering models throughout the processes.
Who you are
We are looking for you who believe that openness and collaboration are key to success. You are a proactive and dynamic ''doer'' who works strategically at the same time. You possess strong communication and listening skills and can fluently adjust content and details to fit the target audience. You can work well independently as well as in a team.
To be a great fit for this position we believe you have:
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Controlling
• Knowledge of working with Anaplan and Power BI/Qlik
• You have proven work experience within a global context
• Experience in Agile Development
