Business Talent Manager
Proactively hunt for target organizations in the UTILTIES/Energy/Oil sector to provide IT solutions using Wipro's services, specifically targeting clients listed above.
Ability to understand/appreciate client business problems and conceptualise solutions leveraging Wipro's proposition across IT, Product Engineering, Consulting and BPO.
Managing full end to end Bid Management process.
Create suitable contents to the 'go-to market' and provide clear visibility on the advantages by collaborating with Wipro solutions and create a Brand of Wipro in this territory.
Meet Revenue targets as defined. Achieve profitability, contribution and collection norms and create Business Plans as and when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring engagement with delivery teams and managing client expectations as required..
Build credibility, gain market share in the territory especially by getting more offshore Business. An Appreciation of Offshore Model would be an advantage.
Work with Delivery teams to generate Proposals and Bid Responses and nurture the relationship.
Education: Master of Business Adminstrator
Skills: Minimum 10 years of experience required in business processing for large organizations.
Managing teams with responsibility of business improvements for the company.
Managing full end to end Bid Management process.
