About the role
We are looking for a Business System Specialist in the area of PIM (Product Information Management) our Business Unit Health & Medical Solutions. In this important role you will ensure that the business system is running day-to-day, prioritize and analyze further development, as well as perform end-user training and support. You will also have to align with other applications that are using information from the PIM-system, and to some extent work with digital assets in our DAM-system.
You will be part of our Global Digital Platform Team and work closely with colleagues responsible for the other parts of our digital platform, as well as collaborate other specialists within our PIM community. You will report to Global Brand Digital Manager.
Location: Gothenburg or Hamburg
What you will do
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT to ensure that the PIM system supports the needs of other digital systems (primarily web applications)
• Collect, define and prioritize change requests
• Define solutions and detail requirements supported by Business Analyst
• Align changes with adjacent application owners
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and roll out of new features and improvements to the digital applications
• Support markets with specialist system competence
• Create and maintain training material and user guides
• Support roll-out to new markets
Experience and qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, preferable marketing or IT background
• Good understanding of digital marketing and of the technology required for mobile and web
• Experience of digital application management, driving/coordinating business requirements, within the area of product information management.
• Experience from Agile/Scrum
• Excellent in English, verbal and written
You are action-oriented with a self-driven approach that enables you to take initiatives and make projects progress. Furthermore, you have strong analytical skills and are problem-solving oriented. You have excellent communication skills on all levels of the organization which enables you to build and maintain relationships. Finally, you are customer oriented with high focus on both internal and external customers.
Other information
Ability to travel, to work with teams in both Hamburg and Gothenburg
