Then maybe the position as Business System Specialist Finance in the ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Division is for you!We are ramping up our team for ERP MS Dynamics AX2012 R3. Serving the global organization, the team is part of the divisional ERP/IT/IS Organization and consists of approximately 85 employees. We are located ten minutes from the train station in a modern office in Landskrona, Sweden and in Herlev, Copenhagen, Denmark.What you will be doingIn this role, you will be part of the divisional ERP organization as an internal consultant on the ERP system MS Dynamics AX2012. You will be working mainly with the rollout of the system and become an important partner to the local companies/sites. Your job could be partly as AX2012 system specialist within the finance area and partly as team lead for your process/business area in the rollout project you are assigned to. The role will either be oriented more towards systems specialist or team lead, depending on the need and project.As systems specialist and team lead, you will be working on-site with all disciplines, preparing the AX system for rollout. That entails working with change specification, workshops, configuration management and much more, including some troubleshooting and 3rd line support from time to time. All above will be conducted in close cooperation with project managers, consultants, solution architects and the rest of the ERP team. As a team lead, you also have responsibility for deliverables from your workstream in the project.Our strategy is to have a high presence on site when doing rollout. Therefore, this role will include travelling to our offices and manufacturing sites at least 3 days per week.In order to secure a unified approach on processes and solutions, you can expect to interact on a daily basis with colleagues around the world. You will also initiate and drive tasks and you will be responsible for deliverance and results within your area of work.What we are looking forTo succeed in this role you will need knowledge of MS Dynamics AX2012 R3. We also believe that you have previous experience from working as a system specialist, system owner or super user within Finance and preferably within relevant industry. A positive customer service attitude and strong business understanding also comes naturally to you, and you have good analysis/decision-making skills.We also believe that you are looking for the opportunity to work in projects and have a great interest in application/system management.
