We are looking for a Business System Analyst to join our Material Supply Team.
Who is your future team?
As a Business System Analyst, you will belong to the Material Supply team but you will also collaborate and work cross functional with other teams within Operations. The Material Supply Team belongs to the Global Supply Chain organization and as we strive to keep high growth in a market with strong competition, it is vital for us to continuously develop and improve our supply chain. The Material Supply Team has the main responsibility to secure material availability to be able to deliver Axis products to our global customers. We are today 24 driven colleagues within the team.
What you'll do here as a Business System Analyst
As a Business System Analyst, you will be a superuser in our ERP system, but you are also expected to have good knowledge of other internal systems that we use in Material Supply. Furthermore, you will:
* Analyze, develop and optimize the use of Material Supply's internal systems.
* Define continuous improvements within our purchasing order management process.
* Initiate and drive improvement areas with cross functional collaborations.
Your responsibility will include maintaining and increasing the internal knowledge and competence within the team. You will also use your pedagogical and communicative skills to teach new colleagues in the team the different systems that we use.
Who are you?
As a person, we see that you have a genuine interest in numbers and are system tech-savvy. We see that you have relevant education or at least 3 years' experience within the area of Supply Chain. You are long-term solution oriented and have the mindset of finding the essence of the problem. We love for you to be:

* Fluent in English, both verbal and written
You are prone to change and thrive in an environment where you work with different systems and assignments trough your day. For this role it is mediating if you have experience in IFS and relevant university degree.
