Job Description:
As a Business System Analyst for mobile prepaid you will:
• act as a liaison between the business and IT
• functional expert for the IT system
• do quality assurance, such as perform review of test plans.
• translate high level business requirements into technical/system requirements
Be responsible for system administrator tasks such as:
• act as a liaison between IT and the system and support supplier
• act as a liaison between IT and partners for refill and mobile prepaid voucher distribution
• implement data configuration in the IT system
• be responsible for the integration test environment and verification
• be responsible for the system documentation and that process and rountines are up to date
Long term:
• design and engineer specific requirements placed on the IT system
• ensure that all developments stay within the forecast upgrade path of the mobile prepaid system
• interact with parties with in the customers organisation to come up with feasible solutions.
Qualification:
• University degree within IT or similar experience
• At least 2 years of experience from the IT industry
• You should be aware of product and service developments in the Telecom industry
• You speak and write English fluently at business level (all documentation is in English)
• You speak and write Swedish fluently, all daily communication is in Swedish
• Knowledge of basic architectural principles for - databases, hardware, operative systems and system integrations
