About the position
On behalf of our client, Perido is looking for a Business Support associate. Our client is a successful and fast-growing electric car company. You will be a key player in establishing the company and their mission to transform the automotive industry towards an electrified and sustainable future. This position is placed in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
You will belong to the global remarketing team and report to the Head of Remarketing. This is what you will be working with:
Support the Central Team to Roll-out the Programme to new Markets
Design and implement training materials
Management of internal and external communication to build trust, establish credibility, and increase awareness of Remarketing within the business
Supporting the markets with the operations and enhancement
Management of PoP Support Email and allocation of tickets to relevant stakeholders
Supporting and driving adoption of the Exchange solution, Market Monitor, Asset Management and our Wholesale Platforms
Supporting the team with Collaboration and Management of SharePoint, Parallax, and confluence and acting as a liaison for cross Departmental communication
Deliveries supporting the team in regard to above responsibilities
Your characteristics
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork. In this role, it will be important that you are able to manage your workload and meet deadlines by organizing and prioritizing your work in a dynamic and complex environment. You should also have a structured approach, be quality conscious, and have good documentation skills. The ability to work well both individually and as part of a team is essential. Your strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners will be valuable assets in this role.

Qualifications:
Relevant education
Relevant work experience
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation purposes
Familiarity with SharePoint, including creating and configuring SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions, as well as troubleshooting common issues and optimizing system performance
Possess a working knowledge of task management, including the ability to define and prioritize tasks, assign responsibilities, track progress, and ensure timely completion
Fluent English language skills, spoken and written
Meriting:
Able to balance aesthetics with usability, creating designs that are both visually appealing and user-friendly
Experienced in sales operations, including sales, post-sales support, and customer service
Skilled in KPI reporting, including data analysis, performance tracking, and report generation
Knowledgeable in digital commerce, including online sales channels, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing
Experienced in automotive sales, either in retail or wholesale
Contract type and hours
Full-time, consulting assignment through Perido until 2023-09-30. Start 2023-04-01.
