To ensure that we meet and exceed our customers' needs and requirements, we have established geographical Sales Areas and associated backoffice functions to support our Sales and Customer Services teams. We are now looking for two service-oriented Business Support Specialists for Sales Area North Europe to join our office in Kista, Sweden.
Key performance areas
As Business Support Specialist, you work closely together with the Customer Service team to support customers and Sales in the most efficient and satisfying way. You are responsible for ensuring correct and timely completion of business support duties - such as back order management, incoming requests, stock management and audit management - and for providing feedback and updates to manager to prevent potential problems and minimize business impact.
You actively engage with coworkers and managers in reviewing and streamlining processes for continuous improvements, and you collaborate with the Quality & EHS team on our quality management system and on improving the customer complaint handling processes. Furthermore, you proactively apply our Safety First culture and our Core Values in all activities.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a high level of understanding for customer needs and preferably technical knowledge within the metal cutting industry. You also have solid skills and understanding of business processes, quality and logistics within a manufacturing industry - preferably within a matrix organization. General knowledge and understanding of IT is also beneficial in this position. We act both locally and on a global stage, and you have excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish - both written and verbal.
