About the Role
As a Business Support & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our global sales team and business area management, ensuring smooth operations and impactful marketing activities. You will report to our VP Business Development and work closely with senior sales executives and the group marketing manager, contributing to business growth through a combination of commercial, administrative, and marketing tasks. The position is based in Nolato MediTech, Hörby (SE).
Key Responsibilities
· CRM & Sales Support: Act as a Salesforce superuser-administering, maintaining, and improving our CRM system to ensure efficiency and data accuracy.
• Quotation & Commercial Support: Assist in drafting quotation templates and commercial guidelines to streamline our sales process.
• Market Research & Prospecting: Identify new customer prospects through research, database exploration, and digital investigation to open doors for our senior sales executives.
• Marketing & Branding: Support the Group Marketing Manager in organizing exhibitions, managing social media, and keeping our website engaging and up to date.
• Sales & Presentation Materials: Develop and maintain business area PowerPoint presentations to support internal and external meetings.
• Content Creation: Write and curate content for customer newsletters, ensuring engaging and informative communication with our key stakeholders.
Who You Are
A self-motivated and flexible team player with a commercial mindset.
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks.
Strong English skills-both written and verbal.
Proficient in CRM systems (we use Salesforce).
Have an interest in B2B marketing, sales support, and digital communication.
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and thrives in a fast-paced global environment.
