Fulfilment Development & Multichannel Network
Take the lead and overall responsibility for the design, establishment and development of the multichannel network. Support the markets in securing an excellent multichannel network to reach more customers tomorrow, secure customer convenience at all times with our product and service offer and contributes to IKEA 's profitability. Drive the development and innovation agenda for Customer Fulfilment in an end-to-end perspective by securing centers of expertise.

ABOUT YOU

For this role you have a university degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) or 5-7 years of experience and proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain management. You also have 3-5 years of solid managerial experience within the matrix and/or high volume organisation and proven senior management experience on strategic business development (preferably in distribution/retail/logistics or similar). You are experienced and interested in retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service and you are familiar with creating and securing the implementation of mid-term and long-term plans and set/follow up goals. Moreover, you are able to influence in a matrix organisation through strong interdependent leadership and to successfully lead projects or processes on country/market/national level. In addition you have good coaching and/or mentor, advisory and facilitation skills, conflict management skills.

You have excellent knowledge in the following:
• business understanding
• IKEA processes, the IT demand and IT delivery organisation, supply chain, warehousing operations and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment
• understanding of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations
• market intelligence
• stakeholder management
• financial competence and understanding the financial impact on total network

You have also knowledge in the following:
• IKEA business model, the strategic landscape and IKEA ways of working
• change management and leading in the unknown/exploring
• different leadership styles (interdependent, indirect, situational etc.) and needs as well as appropriate use for different situations
• cultural differences and importance of diverse teams to meet the customers' expectations

As a person you have strong collaborative mind-set and strong ability to identify need and drive change within the organisation on group and market level acting in multi-cultural, interdependent and matrix environments. You are strongly focused on achieving and exceeding goals and challenging business for constant improvement and higher efficiency. You also have strong entrepreneur as well as end-to-end orientation.

ABOUT THE JOB
As a Business Support Manager you will together with Group Fulfilment Development and Multichannel Network team define, establish and ensure implementation of the Fulfilment Development Roadmap with a longer-term focus based on the organization's vision. You will take direct responsibility for a high-performing Group Business Support organisation within support development of new solutions for Customer Fulfilment (user experts), support development and maintenance of existing solutions (user experts), continuous improvement of assigned processes, follow up, evaluation and maintenance of business solutions and processes as well as supporting the Competence Networks. In addition you will lead, steer, plan, support, coach and follow up the daily work and development of Business Support on group level and the respective market counterparts with a customer-centric and collaborative approach in focus. Furthermore, you will be accountable for strong collaboration with the INGKA and Inter Business Development and Innovation organisations as well as Retail Operation Solutions & Support at Inter IKEA Systems (ROSS).
