In this assignment you are offered the opportunity to make a difference to the client who works in the automotive industry.
Job Assignments
In this role you will help the transformation leadership team as required with ad hoc tasks like presentation development, event planning, and scheduling of meetings. You will help solving both long term and urgent matters, making business analysis or assisting colleagues to conduct analysis. You are going to contribute to setting up the communication plan, as well as implementing parts of it, communicating, and aligning with key stakeholders, recognizing lessons learnt continuously and sharing knowledge across different teams.
Requirements
• Positive mindset and a "can do" attitude
• You normally provide suggestions on ways to move forward when different problems appear
• You have an analytical mindset, and you enjoy engaging in business analyst, coordinating, and structuring tasks
• You enjoy working in a team, you are helpful, and you have great communication and storytelling skills. It is also important that you have the ability to engage input from others efficiently
• You are very structured at work and capable of finding clarity in very complex and/or large contexts and how to provide overview
• Good understanding of what role different teams play in a complex environment
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• You are either interested in learning or fluent in digital tools such as Teams, Notion, Miro, and Blueworks
• Master's Degree in Economics/Business/Engineering or equivalent
• In case this assignment is your first full time job, you should have experience from an internship, traineeship and/or equivalent summer job
