MultiMind is currently looking for candidates for a role as Business Support for an international company within the FMCG industry. Our client is an American company who is represented globally, and you will be working at the Nordic headquarters in Stockholm.This is a staffing assignment which is to commence in January 2015.
In the role as Business Support you will, asides from performing regular office tasks, be in regular contact with the sales team, be in contact with external clients, create reports in Excel, manage prices and discounts in the internal systems, as well as you will order and send samples.
We are looking for candidates who have experience from similar tasks, e.g. from office work, customer service, order administration or similar. It is important for the right candidate to be accurate in his/her work, as you will be working extensively with ciphers. Moreover, the right candidate is able to independently drive his/her work forward, and is able to build solid relationships externally as well as internally.
You possess good knowledge of the MS Office package, particularly Excel, and if you have previous experience from working with SAP, or similar, this is beneficial although not a requirement. You are fluent in English, written and orally.
