For our client we are looking for a Business Support.
Our client is looking for a new team member as a Business Support to their Head of Consumer Offer, Anne-Mette Nygaard. You will be part of the Consumer Offer management team and as such an enabler and catalyst for our team's daily deliverables and collaboration. Our client see that you take an integral role in further evolving our governance structure and ability to execute; thereby making sure the Consumer Offer Team is constantly keeping sight of and progressing towards their goals.
What you will spend time on
You will have a responsibility for analysing, planning and prioritization of the calendar as well as identifying and eliminating impediments and facilitating flow in the daily work.
You will act as an interface between internal and external business relations through handling of queries and information and support the team on a variety of tasks.
Part of the job is preparation of meetings and events, travel management and to drive continuous improvement of execution and collaboration across Consumer Offer and other teams centrally and in the regions.
Expectations to who you are
To be successful in this role, you need to be self-driven, a great collaborator and have an excellent sense of how to structure work.
You are awesome with digital tools, and if you don't know how to use Teams, Slack or Notion you are a quick learner, and our client expect you to quickly pick up the pace in order to guide others in how to use different tools.
You must have excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal. Part of the role is to prepare for meetings; you need experience from preparing material as pre-reads and presentation. Our client believe you have a good sense of how to get a message through, and how to gather information and simplify it for the audience.
