The main focus for the unit is to support and provide the product management, product specialists, sales companies with essential master data, transfer prices, reports and other administrative duties.
Your Role
As a Business support you will be supporting and providing product management, product specialists and sales companies with essential master data, transfer prices, reports and other administrative duties. The work includes a wide range of administration for multiple categories within the Husqvarna Division.
You will also be responsible of updating the content of global product calendars continuously, sales report and statistics creation, analyses and distribution. Coordinate demo product distribution. Update master data and run elimination process on behalf of categories.
Who you are
Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree of Business & Administration
• Thorough understanding and comprehensive knowledge of finance and economics
• Advanced English communication skills
• In-depth knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to understand the customer's view and requirements (end-user, dealer, sales company,
distributor)
• Good understanding of the relevant business aspects
As a person you are analytic, listening and communicative. You are also prestigeless with focus on the best solutions for the company.
The work requires managing international communication and cultural complexity between different sites worldwide. In order to be successful in the position you need good cross-functional capability to communicate and understand different stakeholder's interests; Sales, marketing, product departments, manufacturing and other departments.
