We are now looking for a
Business Solution Specialist to HR Services - Business Solutions Nordic team
Business Solutions ensures that NCC have HRIT solutions and applications that support the HR processes. This small team works in close cooperation with the IT function and with Business solutions specialists in the local HR Services operations. They drive the demand and content process to enable efficient functionality. They also provide tier 2 and tier 3 support for system related problems. Examples of key systems that they focus on are the present HR system, the ticketing system, the e-learning platform and the archiving system. The team plays a central role in the ongoing development of new processes and system solutions for HR.
These are your key assignments as a business solution specialist in HR Services
• Business close application management (content and configuration) of HR solutions.Based on business needs, define and document requirements for HR applications and integrations of changes in processes, functionality and HR data to IT.
• Plan, test and implement developments of change requests including tests.
• Provide and perform training.
• Describe and document group common HR system processes, including common instructions and procedures.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd tier support of HR Applications, lead super user networks with end users.
• User set-up and security in HR ApplicationsCooperate with ODIT for joint action plans to support incidents, solution changes and solution maintenance activities.
In addition, the whole business solution specialist team plays a key role in the ongoing process and system transformation projects; ensuring master data design and migration, supporting system process and report design, being subject matter expert on integrations and HR application functionality, and participating in implementation as future application manager
Your qualifications
You have
• An academic degree in IT, HR or other relevant area.
• At least a few years ' experience of similar roles , including application/system knowledge in cloud based HR systems and HR process work
• Solid project and change management experience from international environments
• Fluency in English, written and spoken

• Good analytical skills, you are able to take the helicopter perspective while still keeping attention to detail
• Great interest in IT and HR processes, and in continuous learning and personal development
Location
You will work in the NCC office in Solna. The position will include some travelling.
