GTT P&IT Support Products & Projects function organizes and manages Regional Centre's and Sites for Local Process Management, Implementation and Change within DVP, including Site Coordination and Test, Lab and R&D support
Job Description
To meet the objectives and in order to drive the changes and improvements in a consistent way we are looking for BSPM R&D Analytics to join our team on this exciting journey.
You will play an important part enabling our R&D organization to evolve in the ways of working with analytics and to promote a "data-driven" product development mindset.
A key part is also to bridge between business stakeholders and the IT delivery teams to ensure a fit for purpose toolbox of IT solutions enabling cutting-edge technology development.
In order to be successful in this position you need to be a team player with an open and creative mindset, building and interacting through a broad network.
You possess good communication skills and are comfortable communicating within teams as well as across the organization's key stakeholders.
You are driven to deliver according to set targets and agreed time frames and have good ability to work both in project teams as well as individually. You possess a solid interest in supplying the best possible support and delivery to the end customer.
Main Responsibilities
• Development of strategic vision and tactical road maps of the R&D analytics sub-portfolio with a 1-3-year horizon
• Define present and next generation analytics processes and new ways of working
• Direct data and analytics demand towards the right platform, in existing DVP-solutions or outside
• Capture and coordinate cross-process and cross-sub-portfolio requests regarding analytics
• Establish and drive "R&D analytics" community globally, where relevant stakeholders working with data analytics within GTT should be involved
• Become trusted advisor and build a network to capture the analytics demand from the R&D departments
• Be an effective bridge between the R&D organization and the IT delivery teams
• Drive workshops and establish advanced analytics way of working to help our R&D departments progress on the analytics maturity curve

Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
• You have earned a Master University degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics, or related area
• You have good experience working with advanced analytics
• You are a good communicator being able to facilitate workshops, building networks and enterprise communities
• You have experience from working in cross-functional teams
• You are fluent in English, verbally and in writing
Beneficial but not necessary
• Experience from establishing and growing a new area
• Experience from the automotive R&D
