Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions. As a part of the Common Commercial Organisation, Scania Financial Services (SFS) needs to move from admin focus to solution sales focus with one customer interface. By harmonising our way of working and with a customer-centric approach our target is to achieve this through a digital transformation.

Are you our new Business Solution Owner for Presales?

Do you have broad experience in working customer-centric with digital solutions supporting the solution sales process within the customer finance and/or the automotive industry? Then you might be our new Business Solution Owner for Presales for Scania Financial Services!

To develop and execute the transformation including moving towards a centralised way of working (the Unity Program), our Digital Factory has been established. As Business Solution Owner for Presales, you will be a vital person in this digitalisation journey focusing on the CRM/presales to order-related processes excluding the credit underwriting process. As these processes are tightly connected to Scania 's vehicle- and solution sales process, the role is highly cross-functional and of vital importance to the future way of working within the Scania sales organisation.

Your role

The BSO Presales is a member of our Sales and Business Development team, working closely with the team 's head and our Business Developers as well as with our Digital Factory (Operations) team. As almost all users of our digital solutions work outside Sweden, intensive contact with and feedback from international stakeholders is crucial. There are also important stakeholders at Head Office, including Scania Sales and Marketing and central Commercial Operations.

As a Business Solution Owner you will:

• Shape and lead the digitalisation and integration of presales and sales to order solutions together with central and local stakeholders. You will work closely with SFS Operations and be a key player in SFS' digital transformation.
• Participate in the Unity Program and drive the Unity Presales and Sales Community to secure the industrialisation approach and support the implementation of modularised and common solutions.
• Act as a change agent and provide support to SFS management, regions, and business unit management.

The job offers international contact with our global Finance companies. This also means that you are expected to travel from time to time. In this position, you will be reporting to the Scania Financial Services Head of Sales and Business Development at Scania Financial Services. You will be located in Södertälje, Sweden.

Competence and experience

The work is on a global level and our environment is in constant change. We build and shape as we run. You will therefore need to have a growth mindset and a pragmatic way of working, but at the same time be able to evaluate, prioritise and act in order to build sustainable and robust solutions that can evolve over time. You will also need to be confident in working and leading virtual teams and resources within different parts of Scania and our Service Providers. This is to enable the co-creation setup and agile way of working, which is part of our new setup within SFS.

• Solid knowledge and experience within digital solutions supporting presales and sales processes within the financial services sector or within automotive solution sales.
• The drive to build confidence and act as a thought leader to achieve change. This by acting, executing and engaging communities, forums and the management within SFS.
• Experience in process reengineering projects supporting transformations within larger enterprises.
• Experience in creating lead gen- and sales funnel-related metrics to allow for a data-driven business steering as well as to support advanced sales management.
• Fluent in English both oral and written, additional language skills will be seen as an advantage.
