This position is based in Stockholm Sweden. To apply you need to have a work permit and living arrangements set up in Sweden.
Job description
The position is part of the global IT organization, were you will be globally responsible for the IT business solution M3 You will also be responsible for the operational performance of M3, Medius and Vertex. You will manage a team with two applications experts.
The main areas of responsibilities are:
Strategy and planning
You will ensure that the applications you are responsible for meet business requirements and systems goals. You will be responsible for the road map and continuously improve and align business process and business solutions. You involve other IT functions, global and regional, to develop successful deployment, support and service plans.
Project Management
Elekta continually grows and M3 is constantly implemented in new countries/offices all over the world. An important part of your job will be to make sure that these M3 roll-out-projects is managed and delivered successfully. You will manage different roles, for example within project management, steering groups etc. You will also support user adoption in regional organization and business functions.
Operational support
You will support and follow up on the support organization and provide direction for the support teams. You will manage vendors and consultant companies.
Management
In this position you will manage a team of two M3 application experts.
Your Background
You have at least five years experience and proven ability to implement ERP systems as a project manager or equivalent. You have good knowledge of M3, preferably module "Finance". You probably work as an ERP/M3 project manager or equivalent today or in the past. We assume that you have relevant bachelor degree.
As a person you are well organized and have the capability to prioritize. The role is strategic but you will also work operational in projects. It is important to be able to communicate effectively in both English and Swedish. It is also important that you can adapt to different cultures since you will be working in an international corporate environment.
