Engagement Centre Business Solution Manager

The Engagement Centre will be a core function in the success of Lynk & Co. It will handle all consumer and partner contacts on nonphysical touchpoints. We are establishing a state of the art Engagement Centre operation, optimized for our customer target group with a high degree of atomization and a dynamic, energetic, modern and welcoming customer experience. We will always be one touch away, when, and where the customer wants us. By knowing them, and having a unified view across all channels we will bring the wow experience to our customer and always make sure we provide relevant services.

The Engagement Centre Business Solution Manager will have a key role in making this happen. We want someone who have the ability to set the direction and strategy for our business solution landscape and effectively cross-collaborate with multiple stakeholders to execute it.

Lynk &C o is a start-up company and the right person for this position has an entrepreneurial spirit and an open and challenging mindset.

This position will report to the Engagement Centre Director.

Responsibilities and Tasks

* Develop the Engagement Centres automation strategy.
* In close cooperation with our Business Technology department, align the strategy to the overall IT infrastructure and execute the roadmap for the Engagement Centres total business solution landscape, based on understanding of business direction, customer needs and technology possibilities.
* Identify trends and opportunities for future channels, self-service and automated customer response handling
* Project lead
* Lead and coordinate all business requirements and acceptance testing

Profile and Background

* Significant experience in customer experience driven digital services development
* Significant experience from business development of Contact Centre operation
* A truly customer experience driven mind-set
* Ability to quickly translate trends and customer needs into a concrete business solution strategy
* Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
* Excellent communication skills.
* Cultural awareness, global/international experience
* Fluency in English - both oral and written
* Ability to travel
