• Design and evaluate new reports and KPI's on operational, tactical and strategic level in SAP EWM, SAP BW and other BI tools.
• Design and evaluate existing and new way of working within our warehouses.
• Evaluate and investigate Change Requests for future improvements.
• Maintaining current reports in existing systems
• Work together with application expert within IT during the implementation phase of a change.
• Approve design of new functionalities.
• Continuously and independently secure high knowledge of the system functionality.
• Secure high knowledge of ongoing changes in both system and way of working
• Participate actively in development forums.
• Act as a link between global logistics and IT.
• Continuously work with improvements in way of working and methodology
Technical Competences
• Mandatory requirements:
• Logistics knowledge and understanding, from work experience and/or university studies preferable from warehouse.
• In total a minimum of 5 years work experience within BI, Power BI or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate around technical solutions and issues.
• Ability to communicate and design logistics KPIs.
• Knowledge of one or several ERP systems.
• 'Great communication skills in English

Personal Competences:
1. Analytic skills - important to understand how the processes in the warehouse are linked together and out of that understand where in the process to find information in order to build new reports and KPI's, and change existing ones.
2. Flexible - you need to be able to work in an environment where conditions and priorities change quickly. It's also important to be able to change focus regularly since we are working with many releases in parallel.
3. You need to like numbers and figures since you will work close to controllers at the warehouses and at global logistics.
