We are now looking for a Business Relationship Manager to increase the market share by acquiring new clients and/or selling new business solutions to existing clients, drive pipeline for business development. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Extensive travel within Sweden is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leading the entire sales cycle and to ensure branding and awareness of opportunities within the internal stakeholders
• Acquiring new clients and/or selling new business solutions to existing clients.
• Achieve Revenue & pipeline targets through demand creation.
• To manage & grow overall operation & profitability of the BFSI and also ensure client satisfaction.
• To ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and identifying emerging trends & share the company's response to participate in Greenfield opportunities in BFSI sector'
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships in the customer account
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debrief
• Lead Client relationship (account) management across CXO level, driving strategic business imperatives including restructuring client's Digital journey etc.
• Networking with key decision makers, industry bodies, sourcing advisory firms & other influences in the BFSI sector.
• Develop Sales & Transformation strategy leveraging; IBM ODM framework, Big Data (Hadoop) & Analytics, CRM Solutions (BPS), Business
• Enterprise (Zachman) Architecture, Solution Architecture, IT Infrastructure & Transformation Strategy, Business Management (WebSphere ILOG BRMS)
• Manage end to end Bid Management, Directs multi-million $ programs and projects, responsible for scope etc. Lead full life cycle from vendor selection & bidding process to post-sale project delivery

PROFILE
You have at least 21 years' experience in the IT industry. You have done a Post Graduation in Business Adminstration and Systems and hold a degree in IT/Computer Science. Other skills required are Relationship Building, Ability to analyse the competetive environment, Negotiation, Selling as well as Thinking on your feet and adapting quickly.
