hela Sverige We are now looking for a Business Relationship Manager. You will be responsible for Managing the overall relationship with one of our customers to establish, manage and meet quality objectives, service level requirements, expectations and to align the delivery of services with the needs of the customer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create proactive proposals focusing on different Business Units.
• Understand key customer strategies and align TCS strategies to dynamically cater to changing customer needs.
• Lead and/or Build proposals in line with RFP requirements by working with our global delivery teams.
• Lead the customer meetings and Joint value discovery sessions with customers during RFI / RFP process.
• Proactively position TCS offerings for customer needs aligned to future industry demands.
• Participate in Contract negotiations.
• Work with Global Relationship Manager.
PROFILE
You have at least 18 years of experience in IT / Insurance, with 4+ years in Sales and Business development. Also, you have experience in leading sales for Insurance and a good understanding of the Insurance Industry and IT industry. Further, your communication skills are excellent both in written and verbal. You have good presentation Skills and the ability to work independently. Also, you have confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at senior management levels in the client organization.
