We are looking for a senior person with a good business knowledge and a social capability who can build and establish a close relationship with globally spread customers with a multicultural background.
The Business Relationship Manager role has an infrastructure focus, and as such a proper understanding of infrastructure services and service components is desirable.
You are fluent in English both written and oral. The work will require some travelling.
Job requirements:
Good business and IT knowledge.
Good English verbal and written + good communication skills
• Good understanding of technical infrastructure
• Preferred understanding of ITIL
• Customer oriented
Experience as project manager for system development.
Knowledge of IT architecture.
Knowledge about maintenance of application running in production.
Able to handle a lot of demands & assignments in parallell.
Able to have a lot of contact on different level with business
Social capability who can build and establish a close relationsship with our customer
Other responsibilities:
Understand the needs of existing customers and establish relationships with potential new customers
• Being the customers? primary speaking partner
• Having an overall view with the customers business needs in focus
• Understanding the customers? overall IT cost and future cost development
• Ensuring the customer satisfaction and being the customers? voice
• Being able to translate customers? requirements in an actionable plan
• Being a member in customers? IT governance structure
Understand if the customers? need can be fulfilled by the current application and service portfolio or if a new/changed business function or service must created
• Ensuring that the applications and services are aligned with the customer needs ? Demand Management to assure the right function, performance step and delivery quality
• Understanding the application and service portfolio
• Challenging the customer to use standard applications and services
• Capture future demands
• Initiating and preparing implementation assignments and new/modification requests
