hela Sverige We are looking for Business Relationship Manager with focus on managing the delivery of services and relationship with customer in the areas of - Analytics & Big Data, Automation, Business Process Services and Quality Assurance
The key responsibilities include:
Engaging with customer on new business and growth opportunities in the areas of Analytics, Assurance, Automation and Business process services.
Conducting and participating in several governance meetings (operational, tactical, strategic and executive) along with customer.
Planning along with customer on new demands and identifying the right resources for execution.
Conducting assessments and proof of concepts on newer technologies/concepts for customer.
Helping customer make the right investments, by suggesting appropriate frameworks & tools, initiating programs and assisting them in helping their business stakeholders.
Participation in operational stability forum and meetings along with customer and other suppliers.
Interaction with sub-suppliers and partners to construct the right solutions for customer and issue resolution.
Represent in service restoration meetings and collaborate with other stakeholders to resolve the problem.
Interact with individual functional area heads on the customer side (IT and business) to understand the functional roadmaps and chart out plans aligned with the roadmaps.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
3 years of large program management, account relationship management and overall IT experience of 12+ years.
Subject matter expertise in the areas of Analytics and Big Data, TCS Quality Assurance methodology and working knowledge of Robotics Process Automation.
Excellence communication, presentation, stakeholder management skills - to be able to drive steering group meetings along with customer executives.
Large program management experience - handling multiple stakeholder groups, business functions and complex business processes.
Large delivery management experience - handling more than 200+ associate teams.
Customer context in terms of business processes, delivery methodologies, IT strategy and roadmaps
Experience of managing application operations teams (ITIL methodology) and improving operational stability for customer
