We are recruiting a Business Relationship Manager responsible for leading and direct the digital development, both tactical and strategically, for Industry IT.
Principal Tasks and Duties
As a Business Relationship Manager you will lead and support the team within IT Supporting Function of approximately 10 people, working in partnership with other management teams and support team members to ascertain and carry out needs of technical nature and precedence of the business. You will be responsible for developing a business focused infrastructure and technology services to enable business growth and compliant business operations. You will be part of Industry IT Management Team and report to IT Manager.
Skills and background
• Ability to lead the team ranging from short term tactical steps to long term direction and strategy.
• Relationship management expertise and experience in project leading digital projects.
• Experience from project leading involving technical and informational base of the business, including the use of modern technologies and digital innovation initiatives.
• Degree in Master of Science/Business Administration or its equivalent.
• At least + 5 years of working experience in related field with knowledge of IT service delivery, application management and demands within technical service and service catalogue areas.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
As a person you are a good team player, strong in communication with good facilitation skills. Ability to support opportunities and coordinate business development, review the procedure for support and to pinpoint opportunities to develop the efficiency of business. Highly self-motivated and self-directed in the pursuit of excellence with flexible mind-set with a curious and forward striving perspective.
Location
Location for this position will be in our HQ in Solna, Stockholm.
