Concretely, you will
• become the partner for the Business for all IT related topics in the country
• drive an effective support process and continuously monitor application performance ensuring that they meet service-level agreements
• implement new demands and requests, balancing the business need with internal and external capacity
• set the agenda for change and demand management, technology upgrades and future application strategies
• identify trends, improvements or rationalization opportunities across the local application and infrastructure landscape

You bring
• minimum 5 years' experience with IT operations and support
• solid knowledge of ITIL best practice as well as general knowledge of systems design, application platforms, security and communications networks, and personal computer environments
