hela Sverige As a Business Quality Lead, you 'll be at the forefront of project excellence, meticulously overseeing milestones, and providing unwavering support to our clients Vehicle Line Engineer (VLE) and Project Manager. Your mission: align project deliveries with customer expectations, uphold stringent quality standards, and ensure compliance with EU regulations. Dive into a dynamic role where you define, drive, and support quality activities while crafting precise technical documentation.
About the Role:
As a Business Quality Lead, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage project quality across various project types. This includes meticulous control of milestones and gateways, along with providing comprehensive quality support to both the VLE (Vehicle Line Engineer) and Project Manager. Your focus will be on aligning project deliveries with customer expectations related to product quality, quality assurance, and compliance with EU regulations. In this role, you 'll take charge of defining, driving, and supporting quality-related activities and methods, including the creation of accurate technical documentation for each technical area. The end goal is to formulate a comprehensive quality plan for the project.
About You:

To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control within the automotive industry.
Experience:
• Proven experience in quality control within automotive projects.
• Familiarity with the launch process.
• Strong background in vehicle technology, particularly in hybrid and electric drive systems.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Sound knowledge of the automotive product development process.
• Proficiency in issue management systems.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
Software and IT Skills:
• Proficiency in Teamcenter.
• Competence in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with MS Project.
• Experience with SharePoint or equivalent platforms.
