Your mission
In the role of Business Quality Controller you will be a key player for Four FM and responsible for quality compliance. You will work both strategically and operationally and be the lead for quality in the entire Nordic region.
You will work closely with Four FM's managers, support functions, personnel, and clients in various exciting projects and initiatives.
Examples of tasks
• Promote, maintain, and develop a high level of quality within For FM
• Follow up the quality of the service delivery
• Monitor and analyze internal operational KPI's and specific quality requirements from clients
• Support and coach managers and personnel regarding quality compliance and QMS
• Digitalize and continuously improve the QMS
• Work closely with Four FM's Business Units and as a team develop action plans to push the quality to new levels
• Conduct inspections and audits

Your profile

In short, you need to be a driven person who is comfortable in a fast-moving and agile business, and at the same time be the framework around which the business can grow. The ability to implement, improve and follow processes to ensure quality compliance.
Qualifications
• Relevant education and work experience from quality assurance
• You are comfortable using Microsoft 365, especially Excel
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in either Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
Work hours
Working hours are office hours Monday to Friday. You will have flexibility to plan your own hours.
Duration
Permanent position (tillsvidareanställning).
Starting date
As soon as possible, according to agreement.
Location
You can either be stationed at Four FM 's office in Stockholm or in Örebro, depending on where you live. The role also includes some traveling in the Nordic region. You will have support from a tight Four FM-team, with colleagues in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark.
