www.massive.seIn order to continually adapt to needs and optimizing our work, the finance team is looking for a business project controller for the studio in central Malmö, Sweden. Reporting to the finance manager, the business project controller will support and work closely together with the producers and associate producers on financial issues related to budget, PNL etc. on the local game projects.
Mission
The main responibilities as business project controller are;
• Prepare and follow up on project budgets together with project management
• Coordinate and contribute to financial forecast of production project
• Conduct various kinds of financial analysis
• Draft and present monthly performance reports to producers, finance and production management, HQ and other stakeholders
• Provide ad hoc analyses and reports on various topics when required
• Benchmark projects to similar projects within the Ubisoft Group
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly analytical self-powered profile with strong social skills. You have an academic background within finance/accounting or equivalent. You have a minimum three years' experience of a similar position, preferably in the IT industry with long term projects. As a person you are customer focused and create good relations with others by being flexible and communicative. You thrive in an active work environment that is in constant motion, and your good analytical skills together with structural ability allows you to efficiently come up with accurate conclusions.
You have excellent knowledge of Excel and is used to make Powerpoint presentations. As a lot of our communication is in English, we expect you to be able to speak and write English fluently.
