In the role as Business Product Owner, you will be responsible for the road map and backlog for our solutions and use your skills to develop and maintain our platforms. You will continuously develop your competence and be on the edge of your expertise. Main responsibility is to be the bridge between business and IT to secure requirements and backlog. The position is reporting to the E-commerce Marketing Director. Location: Jonsered.
Your mainly responsibilities:
• Own and maintain the Product Backlog for e-commerce & digital marketing applications.
• Responsible for the internal & external stakeholder communication for the e-commerce and marketing related digital services.
• Create, maintain and refine product vision and the long-term roadmap.
• Participate in the development of acceptance criteria for features.
• Protect the long-term technical integrity of the product.
• Understand the scope and need for architectural roadmaps and collaborate with business stakeholders and IT.
• Play an essential role in sprint demos to ensure that it will show the most critical aspects of the solution to the stakeholders.
• Coordinate content dependencies with other POs and all relevant stakeholders.
• Member of the extended internal cross divisional forums.
• Review and contribute to the project-level vision, roadmap, and content presentations.
• Have a total responsibility for the quality of the delivery of the solution.
• Contribute to process development and establish agile way of working in the organization.

• Leadership skills with proven capabilities to manage and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
• Bachelor University Degree in business administration or equivalent.
We will be looking for these dots in your history and expertise:
• Minimum 5-year experience from dedicated Product Owner role.
• Several years of experience from leading roles within a software development organization.
• Strong technical background, understanding complex architectural concepts.
• Experience and interest in coaching and growing team members.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with agile software development process.
• Experience with SAFe is preferrable but not mandatory.
