As Business Product Owner - Digital Asset Management - you have the knowledge and understanding of how to plan metadata management, workflow automation, lifecycle management, usage tracking, and integration with other systems and tools. You know how to work with requirements and specifications based on user needs and business needs. You have experience and knowledge from working globally, with regional needs as prioritized input.
Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for digital asset management from a business perspective
* Management of digital assets based on structured metadata & taxonomy
* Maintenance, governance, and enforcement of processes, following global strategies and priorities
* Support, train, and advise both corporate and regional teams on best practices
* Team up with IT business partner regarding system upgrades and cross functional collaboration
* Provide support and troubleshooting to both corporate and regional teams, and keep documentation up to date
* Stakeholder management
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
You are truly passionate about digital asset management and the value it brings to the business. You are a good communicator with strong listening and problem-solving skills, and you know how to improve the user experience by translating business needs into concrete system requirements. You are a strong team player with excellent presentation skills in both Swedish and English.
We'd love to hear that you have/are:
* Experience from digital asset management tools and system implementation
* Work experience in system administration and configuration from a user perspective
* Basic understanding of APIs and scripting
* Excellent time management and project management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
* Degree in Systems Science, Library Science or equivalent
