What we offer
Global Customer Service is a unit within Volvo cars, which is responsible for the worldwide aftermarket business, the development and distribution of spare parts, service and repair methods and accessory range. Our ambition is to be the preferred supplier of parts and service to our dealers and customers and thereby actively contribute to creating the best car ownership experience for the customer.
We are looking for a skilled Business Product Manager to join our Climate & Motion team.In this role you will from a commercial perspective lead, operate, and develop the Climate & Motion Business so that it throughout the life cycle of the car is optimal with respect to the Customer Service financial results and customer satisfaction.
Your key tasks
Continuously conduct business, macro-and competitor analysis in the area of Service & Repair and circular economy. Identify existing products with the potential for business improvement both tactically and strategically. Create and bring to market competitive product offers with the aim to boost service retention. Analyse, follow-up parts sales penetration and take action to ensure to meet/exceed targets. Enable optimal profit levels by e.g. closely collaborate with the pricing department, procurement and relevant stakeholders.
You and your skills
To be successful in this role, you need to have commercial, financial or marketing experience and understanding of the different forces that affects the business landscape.
Experience from working with/in different markets is beneficial to be successful in this role. You need to be fluent in English both written and spoken.
On a personal level
For this position, you need to have good communication skills, curiousness and a personal eagerness to investigate, learn and accomplish results.
A sense for good logic and structured way of working will be important in this role, as well as a high ability to work in teams, individually and multicultural.
You are proactive and customer focused with the ability to see the holistic view and have a conceptual thinking.
