Key Accountabilities
We are now searching for a new addition to our Stockholm team. The role will include meeting targets in the day by day operations in terms of IT Systems, IT Services and operational processes, assuring that the different departments are able to carry out their tasks efficiently.
The role will cover a wide area in terms of Business processes, and IT Solutions supporting the related operative activities. The Business Operative Processes are mainly supported by a single SAP Instance, technically managed by the Central IT Team.
To be able to manage the tasks in our BPS team, we expect you to have broad knowledge of several areas featured below:
Business Process Area: Customer Management and Order to Delivery
• Cust. Management, Sales Org. Support (incl. Fields Sales support, SAP-CRM / SFA Tools)
• Logistic Customer Service, and Transportation management
• EDI Management
• 3PL Integration
• BI Sales and BI Service Level
• Planning and Demand forecast
• IT Tools: SAP-SD, SAP-CRM, SFA, SAP-APO, SAP-BW
Business Processes Area: Finance and Controlling and Human Capital
• Finance and Controlling (including local accounting support)
• Pricing and invoicing
• BI Finance (including BPC and GEM)
• Product Costing
• HR Systems including local Payroll and Timestamp management
• IT Tools: SAP-FI, SAP-HR, SAP-BW
Your background
• Professional level of Swedish and English is required
• University degree within Business Administration, Engineering or Information Technology
• Approximately 3-4 years of experience within SAP and business process support
• Available for domestic and international business travels
