Our M3 Team at Kanthal IT is responsible for the roll-out and development of the M3 system, including process development, the way of working, and business support and training. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a Business Process Specialist - someone who wants the chance to work in a global company, with colleagues and contacts from different cultures and great opportunity to make a difference.
The location for this position is Hallstahammar, Sweden.
Job Summary
In this position, you are part of a small team which, today, consists of three other Business Process Specialists. Your job is to develop and support our units within Kanthal in their way of working and their utilization of business systems. You take an active role in working with, supporting and maintaining a continual dialogue with our business globally; with the mission to increase business process value within several areas. You proactively act to capture business opportunities and transform them into possible process changes; create feasibility and pre-study cases; and suggest, influence, and participate in, or lead, long-term changes in the business.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in Applied IT, or equivalent knowledge gained from at least five years' experience within the field, where previous experience from a similar role is advantageous. You have a good understanding of business systems and strong overall IT skills, while knowledge of, and experience with, M3 is highly desirable. As we work in an international environment, you need great skills in English; while skills in Swedish are beneficial.

Your ability to analyze both from a detailed and a holistic point of view, enables you to easily identify cause and effect relationships and to understand the next stage of implementation, development, savings and changes. Furthermore, you easily gain a comprehensive understanding of organizational and process architecture, which you use as a basis for new suggestions and to influence change and improvement and reduced costs; all while anticipating and avoiding sub-optimization. We also value your great collaboration skills, your ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization, as well as your ways of approaching each situation with an open mind and the willingness to listen and learn.
