For the team in Solna we are looking for a Business Process Quality Specialist who will assist our Customer Satisfaction & Quality department.
You will be a driving force as a key member of the team where the main responsibility of this role is to help to integrate ELKO quality management process with our standard CRM process.
What will you do?
Work with Schneider Electric's CRM system
Be involved in quality management process
Assist with the integration process
What will make you successful?
Relevant academic degree
Some years' experience of QA management
Strong project management skills with a fast-learning mindset
Good communication skills and fluent in English
Proactive and autonomous
