hela Sverige Role Summary:The Life Science (LS) Product Data Management (PDM) team is responsible for process and system governance of the global product registration process, and for supporting activities throughout the product lifecycle. In this global role, you will coordinate and prioritize the day-to-day activities of the team working with your supervisor. You will lead cross-functional projects to drive standardization, stability, and simplification into the GE Healthcare Life Science business processes.Essential Responsibilities:Day-to-day planning & prioritization of team activities, working with the your supervisor including coordination and follow-up with extended teamEngage with cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement of Life Sciences processes in the PDM area to be Global, Standardized, Efficient and CompliantCreate and facilitate forums for sharing best practices with local and global expertiseWork with Business Analysts/IT to drive simplification through improved systemsResponsible for ensuring that processes and technical requirements are properly documented (URS, SOP's etc) and actively maintainedOwn and lead specific key projectsEstablish and secure introduction of new processes and tools into the daily operation to ensure process rigor and efficiencyWork your team and provide senior guidance, coaching and support in project workQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor degree in IT, Business administration, Engineering or similarDemonstrated prioritization skills and ability to deliver results in a high pressured and multi stakeholder environmentDemonstrated ability to drive and manage change initiatives in a matrix environmentFluent in written and verbal communication in English and local languageExperience in Project Management and strong facilitation skillsDemonstrated strong influencing, analytical and communication skillsDesired Characteristics:Experience in Change ManagementExperience from Lean and/or Six SigmaExperience from working with Supply Chain/Logistics/System management/Product management
