Business process - Workshop & Warehouse
Retail performance by driving operational excellence and business agility on commonality

• Conceptual process owners
• Capabilities architecture
• Connect major processes in the retail operation value chain
• Systematic management - disciplined and measurable process management
• Develop business processes metrics (KPIs)
• providing service set ups and capabilities that support the global service network in ensuring best operational uptime and efficiency for the customers
• supporting the global service organisation to achieve best workshop performance, incl. parts service, by providing effective methods, standards and tools

Workshop and Warehouse, BPWW, is in an intensive and exciting period with many changes on how we interact with our service network, both in terms of defining and implementing global Processes in the workshops and also how we transfer and provide feedback from our service network all the way to R&D. We are also supporting implementation of products and service products within Scania's defined portfolio.

We are now reinforcing, and are looking for one Business Process manager with the task to define and develop global Processes, as well as supporting implementation of service products. You will be part of the Workshop and Warehouse group. (BPWW) The group consists of 9 members.

The group is responsible for defining and developing the Processes and standards which support our workshop and parts process. Supporting the implementation of products and service products is also a responsibility of the group. Of course, you will work in close cooperation with our commercial network (business units, dealers and workshops) but also with other internal functions at Scania.

Your profile
You take initiatives, are service minded and communicative. You have the ability to plan, organize and prioritize. You have good collaborative skills and are prestige less.

Experiences / Skills
Retail experience from heavy vehicle, change management and SRS/SPS knowledge is other mandatory experiences/ skills.

The external contacts in our services network require knowledge in, English and Swedish. Planned travels occurs.
