THE OATLY WAY

We are the world's original and largest oat drink company. For over 25 years, we have exclusively focused on developing expertise around oats: a global power crop with inherent properties suited for sustainability and human health. Our commitment to oats has resulted in core technical advancements that enabled us to unlock the breadth of the dairy portfolio, including alternatives to milks, ice cream, yogurt, cooking creams, and spreads. Headquartered in Malmö, Sweden, the Oatly brand is available in more than 20 countries globally.

WHY GET INVOLVED WITH OATLY, YOU ASK?

Is your passion to make people work better and faster together through simple and clear processes and tools? Are you thrilled by the idea of working with organizational transformation projects in a fast-growing global organization? Can you understand and explain both sides of business processes/ways of working and system design/system architecture? We need you.

As our Process Manager - Product Development , you will be responsible for building, managing, and continuously developing truly supporting processes, and ensure that Oatly develops the appropriate digital tools. To develop and improve processes, you bring your own solid experience from all phases of product development, from idea to product maintenance (sometimes called product care).

To meet the Oatly need, you will collaborate closely with all three regional Product Development teams (US, EMEA and APAC) as well as with your global business process manager colleagues in other functions. You will be responsible both for process designs and for gathering requirements on digital solutions to meet Product Development and Product Maintenance needs. Thereby you will act as a close partner to Business Technology.

This is a position with many interfaces. You will lead and coordinate in a cross-functional, cross-regional network of highly motivated and smart people, responsible for the process architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of key processes at Oatly. The first year, a lot of focus will be on developing clear interfaces between Product Development and Operations and clear decision-making structures for our current running products. You will report to acting Product Development Director (currently VP Product Development Excellence). The role will be placed in Malmö HQ.

HERE'S WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

• Create process designs and manage organizational improvement projects.
• Plan and execute the change management needed to implement an improvement or/and a new solution, including training of the organization.
• Be the global Product Development business partner to the digitalization team, ensuring alignment between the Business and Business Technology (IT).

• Drive continuous improvement by leading workshops to scope and structure regional business requirements, driving alignment between regions as well as between business and IT.
• Be part of driving solutions architecture across Oatly.
• Support the development and improvements of relevant connecting processes, such as "Industrialization" and "Technology Development".

But, you know. These are just the things we can think of right now! This might be the job today, but tomorrow brings more change, so being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help.

Besides your analytical, communication and organizational skills we also believe that you are a detail-oriented and problem-solving kind of person. You are an self-propelling, outspoken team-player with a positive mindset. You are familiar with all phases of project management and enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds.
