DeLaval growing and is now looking for a Business Process Strategy Leader within services. DeLaval is a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of solutions for dairy farmers around the world. The Position
As a Business Process Strategy Leader you will be part of a team that that manages the global processes Offer to Order and Delivery to Customer service. These are 2 out of 4 global processes that forms our ways of working and the other main processes are: Idea to offer and Order to delivery.
You will secure implementation of standard IT solutions and ways of working, that can scale and be easily supported and in line with our target architecture. Use best practice from Market Areas and take direction from solution architects and specialists to follow standards defined by DeLaval governance forums.
In the position you will mainly work with activities with focus on the process step Installation Service (Plan, execute, report) according to the Performance plan, on-farm as well as remote support to customers.
The role supports the Global Business process owners (BPO) by driving implementation of IT-tools where BPO decides ways of working. Run such agile development activities together with Global IT Product owners and Market Area reference teams. An important part will be to generate ideas of how to further develop and improve ways of working that add value to key stakeholders (DeLaval, Dealers, Customers).

Is this you?
We are looking for a person with: Experience in SAP Sales and Service cloud implementations
3+ years in sales and IT roles relevant to this job description with focus on process development and IT implementations
A university degree
Excellent in English, MS office skills with a driver license
