About the Position
As our Business Process Lead you will contribute with your expertise in transportation management and your efforts will be closely tied to the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA. In this role you'll be at the forefront of shaping our Transport Management processes and improving supply chain efficiency on a global scale. Your contributions will streamline operations and promote consistency across the organization, while collaborating with operational teams to drive continuous improvements and ensure everything runs smoothly.
In short, your responsibilities will be to:
Engage in hands-on efforts to standardize, harmonize, and document global business processes, including both inbound and outbound processes to customers and within the group
Provide insights on business process requirements during the template design phase, collaborating with the project team to conduct as-is analysis, define the to-be state, and perform fit-gap analysis
Balance the need for standardization with local customization requirements, maintaining strict control
Facilitate communication with global colleagues to gather process feedback, address exceptions, and identify improvement opportunities as part of the change management journey
Collect input from business specialists, understand their operations, and align them with SAP's global standards
Collaborate closely with the Global Process Owner, business leads, project managers, and super users to ensure effective global adoption through local engagement
Participate in the rollout of the global template and deliver training and support to SAP super users
Integrate end-to-end processes that impact the organization, including planning, logistics, manufacturing, and sales
While you won't manage day-to-day operations, maintaining close connections with operational teams is essential to understand their challenges
Occasional travel will be required in this position to support various initiatives and engagements
Who are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, we believe you should possess a strong foundation in Transportation Management, along with a proactive approach to driving improvements. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential in collaborating with various stakeholders.
In addition, your skills and experience include:
Several years of experience in Transportation Management, with a strong background in enhancing business processes related to the area
Expert knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, to support global implementation and lead processes and system enhancements
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with teams and stakeholders
End-to-end supply chain experience is highly valued, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of operations
A motivation for continuous improvement and a passion for developing efficient processes
Knowledge of best practices in transportation management and logistics, developed through years in the field
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Locations: Huskvarna or Jonsered
