Job Description
In this role you will report to the Value Stream Manager of Portfolio Brands Digital Experience. The Digital Experience Value Stream lies within PB Tech as a part of the Portfolio Brands Central Team, supporting all our Portfolio Brands. You will in this role have the overall responsibility for re-imagining, designing, and implementing the future business process flow. As Business Process Lead you will improve business processes and adopt a modern flexible and competitive of doing business. You will translate business strategic outcomes and value stream roadmaps into new processes, identify business impact and change strategy, planning and executing the change management steps required for a seamless implementation of the changes in the organization.
Responsibilities
Accountable to re-imagine business processes and flow of value stream to deliver competitive and flexible processes
Accountable to safeguard the business process perspective on value stream roadmap
Responsible for business process performance and improvements of the area, enhancing prioritization with process knowledge to achieve outcomes
Define change management approach for process changes and value stream roadmap
Manage change management steps of transformation and future changes on business and operation
Identify the necessary change management needs and coordinate execution
Qualifications
Experienced and skilled in designing and improving business and process change
Knowledge of change management practices (tools, methods and processes)
Excel at stakeholder management with previous leadership experience
Skilled in managing and implementing changes on large organizations
Ability to manage large projects
Strong communication and planning skills
