We Offer
Our Nordic Business Process Improvement & Project Department is responsible for defining and supporting the organization in the general implementation of the Business Process Improvement (LEAN) mindset throughout our organisation. The Business Process Improvement & Project Department will play an essential part of the large transformation that Damco will undertake with the global implementation of Project Unity. We are now looking for a new colleague who will join our team and assume a key role in driving this transformation in our Nordic Damco Organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sustainable and continuous optimisation of the Damco business system by embedding Process Management and Lean thinking for the benefit of our customers, shareholders and employees. Establish an improvement culture and mindset by initiating and driving process improvement projects and practices to achieve productivity improvement in each functional area. Together with the Nordic organization identify potential Business Process Improvement (BPI) projects, personally work to deploy the BPI way of working as well as manage the information flow and documentation process associated with all projects (both BPI and other) including conducting the required analysis. Act as a role model and coach and train in the usage of BPI tools, methodology and applications in the process that drives to increase effectiveness, efficiency and engagement of staff throughout the Nordic organization.

The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden but other location can be considered. Some travel is expected.
