Components in Ludvika are a part of Business Unit Transformers at Hitachi Energy. We are Hitachi's largest manufacturer of transformer components such as Tap changers and Bushing. A global customer base both within and outside Hitachi contributes to a business-driven work climate where every product and contract is equally important.
We are now looking for a Business Process Developer who will be part of our marketing and sales organization, responsible for our two locations in Ludvika, Sweden, and Zurich, Switzerland. Hitachi Energy is committed to diversity and inclusion, and you will be part of a passionate team working with Sales & Marketing activities. Ludvika will be your place of work, and some travels will be a part of the job.
Your role as a Business Process Developer is completely new and gives you the opportunity to make your mark and shape the work. Your main tasks will focus on improving and optimizing our process flows within the organization. You will dig into various workflows, map them out, evaluate, and finally develop and improve our processes as well as interfaces between different functions. You are an important part of our business development, helping us become even more efficient.
We are looking for someone with an internal drive for continuous improvement, the ability to lead others through changes, and someone who finds working with data as well as people stimulating.
Your Responsibilities
Mapping and understanding our current workflows.
Identifying development and improvement opportunities that optimize workflows and ensure smooth processes.
Change- and project management.
Driving strategic initiatives and contributing to our long-term success.

Your Background
To fit in this role, we see that you have at least 3 years of work experience in fields such as business development, project management, or similar.
We believe you have good skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project and are familiar with tools like PowerBI or other business intelligence tools.
As a person, you have an easy time seeing the big picture, are solution-oriented, and have good leadership skills.
Since you will be working in a global environment, it is important that you are fluent in English and have good communicative skills.
Knowledge of the energy sector and/or transformer industry is also an advantage.
